In my approach, photography is an experiment that I make in order that I can capture the 'transformed' reality. I mostly like the photos which, in the moment of pressing the exposure button, record a surrealistic reality. Probably the most difficult thing is to capture this mainly with analogue tools without using digital post-processing. The most exciting question is the relation between the mapped reality and the one providing the model, and playing with subject selection, composition, and the impact of the completed picture on the audience.
Pressing the exposure button does not mean that the picture is already complete; developing the film to my taste, and printing the image are very important for me to create the imagined pictoral world.
